David B. Warner, 72, of Louisville, KY, formerly of Manhasset, died on Nov. 22, 1999, in Louisville. Mr. Warner was a retired Certified Purchasing Manager from General Electric Corporation. He was a member of the Northwestern University and the Wharton School of Business alumni associations and a member of the Purchasing Management Association of Louisville.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth R. Warner, and by two sons, John R. and Dean M. Warner. A Memorial Service was held at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Louisville with interment of ashes at Grove Street Cemetery in Putnam, Ct. Another Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Dec. 11 at The Congregational Church of Manhasset.
