William C. Eaton of Manhasset passed away on Aug. 24, 1999 of a heart attack. A memorial visitation was held on Aug. 27 at the Fairchild Funeral Chapel in Manhasset. He was 62 years old.

Mr. Eaton was vice president of marketing at Sonomed, Inc., a company specializing in diagnostic ultrasound.

He was an avid motorcyclist and also swam daily at the North Hempstead pool in New Hyde Park.

His survivors are his wife, Margaret, his daughter, Mary Eaton, and his son, Will Eaton. He is also survived by his brother, Clifton Eaton of Lexington, KY, and his sister, Allis Bennett of Louisville, KY.
