Several employees of the Manhasset Post Office recently celebrated their 35th year of service with the United States Postal Service. Al Vanchieri, Stanley Madison and Wade Hartmann, have served the Manhasset community for over 35 years.

"Thirty-five years is long time to a career," said Manhasset Postmaster Robert Trombley. "A letter carrier is like a family member," Trombley said. "They watch a family grow, see children graduate from high school and college, and get married. They share in the sorrow at the loss of a loved one...they are through it all."

These employees have served several generations in Manhasset during their careers. "I am sure the town of Manhasset is thankful for their dedication," Trombley said.
