Magic Wins Sportsmanship Award

On Saturday, Dec. 5, at a ceremony at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Malverne, the members of Manhasset's sixth grade girls soccer team were awarded the Marge McGorry Sportsmanship Award for their sense of fair play during the season. This award is given out each year to the team that exemplifies good sportsmanship in its age group. These young athletes played like champions both on and off the field. All of Manhasset should be proud of them.
