Obituary

Eileen Bernadette Callahan (nee Cooke) of Old Brookville, formerly of Manhasset, died on Feb. 14, 1998. She is survived by her husband, Richard; her children: Richard, Noel, Patricia Brennan, Brian, Dennis and Kieran; by 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters: Sister Regina Cooke, O.P., and Sister Edna Cooke, O.P. and a brother, Raymond Cooke. She was pre-deceased by her son, Kevin.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Whitting Funeral Home in Glen Head. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle R. C. Church, Old Brookville on Tuesday, Feb. 17 with interment following at Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery, Flushing. Contributions may be made to the Sisters of St. Dominic, 555 Albany Ave., Amityville, N. Y.
