Burglaries of Businesses

A break-in was reported at 1615 Northern Boulevard between 8 p.m. on Dec. 14 and 5:45 a.m. on Dec. 15. A door was pried open but no damage was discovered.

A burglary was reported at 100 Shore Road in Manorhaven between 12:01 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Dec. 16. Entry was gained through a side window and cigarettes were taken.

A burglary was reported at North Shore Gardens on Glen Cove Avenue in Glen Head between 5 p.m. on Dec. 15 and 9:15 a.m. on Dec. 16. Weed whackers were taken.

A burglary was reported at Naftali Unico on Middle Neck Road in Great Neck Plaza between 7 p.m. on Dec. 19 and 10 a.m. on Dec. 20. Entry was gained through a rear basement door. Suits and suit jackets were taken.

A burglary was reported at the Pepperidge Farm store on Old Westbury Road in East Hills between 2:15 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. on Dec. 22. Entry was gained by breaking a front window. Cash was taken.

Auto Larcenies

A 1995 Infiniti was reported stolen from Schenck Avenue in Thomaston between 4 p.m. on Dec. 15 and 8:15 a.m. on Dec. 16.

A 1997 Mercedes Benz was reported stolen from Esquire Court in North Hills between 10 p.m. on Dec. 15 and 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 16.

A 1995 Lexus was reported stolen from Barstow Road in Great Neck Plaza between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Dec. 17.

A second 1995 Lexus was reported stolen from Barstow Road in Great Neck Plaza between 1 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. on Dec. 17.

There was an attempt to steal a 1995 Lexus from the parking lot at Lord & Taylor in Manhasset between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 17. There was damage to the passenger door lock and to the car's ignition.

A 1996 Land Cruiser was reported stolen from the parking area in front of the Metropolitan Museum Shop on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset between 7 p.m. and 7:35 p.m. on Dec. 19.

A 1997 Ford Taurus was reported stolen from the parking lot at Macy's on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset between 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 18.

A 1995 Lincoln was reported stolen from the parking lot at Ground Round on Northern Boulevard in Roslyn between 4:15 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Dec. 20.

Driving While Intoxicated

An arrest for Driving While Intoxicated was made of a driver on Northern Boulevard in Flower Hill at 10 p.m. on Dec. 16.

An arrest for Driving While Intoxicated was made of a driver on Glen Cove Road in East Hills at 1:03 a.m. on Dec. 18.

An arrest for Driving While Intoxicated was made of a driver on Northern Boulevard in Great Neck at 5:25 a.m. on Dec. 20.

An arrest for Driving While Intoxicated was made of a driver on Glen Cove Road in Greenvale at 5 a.m. on Dec. 20.

An arrest for Driving While Intoxicated was made of a driver on Middle Neck Road in Great Neck at 4:30 a.m. on Dec. 21.
