Sixth Precinct Police Report

Robbery

A restaurant patron leaving Publican's on Plandome Road in Manhasset at 2:15 p.m. on Dec. 11 was accosted by a man armed with a handgun who took his wallet, billfold containing cash and his watch. The robber is described as a man approximately 35 years old, 6' tall, 175 lbs., with brown hair, a moustache and pierced ears. He was wearing light colored jeans, a light blue pullover shirt and satin waist coat.

Burglaries of Businesses

A burglary was reported at Goettelmann Insurance Co. on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset between 4 p.m. on Dec. 7 and 6:45 a.m. on Dec. 8. A computer was taken.

A burglary was reported at Stern Roofing on Middle Neck Road in Great Neck between 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 8 and 7:50 a.m. on Dec. 9. Entry was gained through a roof vent. Loss is undetermined at this time.

A burglary was reported at Crown Auto Parts on East Shore Road in Manhasset between 2:05 a.m. and 2:20 a.m. on Dec. 10. Entry was gained through the front door and a cash register was taken.

A burglary was reported at Gianpietro's on Old Northern Boulevard in Roslyn Heights at 11:50 p.m. on Dec. 9. Entry was gained by prying open the front door. Two men wearing ski masks escaped in a white Infiniti with tinted windows.

Auto Larcenies

A 1995 Pontiac Bonneville was reported stolen from Ninth Avenue in Sea Cliff between 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 8 and 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 9.

A 1997 Acura was reported stolen from 1129 Northern Boulevard in Manhasset at 2:15 p.m. on Dec. 10.

A 1996 Toyota Camry was reported stolen from 300 Community Drive in Manhasset between 3:50 p.m. on Dec. 10 and 12:20 a.m. on Dec. 11.

Driving While Intoxicated

An arrest for Driving While Intoxicated was made of a driver on Willis Avenue in Roslyn Heights at 9:35 a.m. on Dec. 10.

An arrest for Driving While Intoxicated was made of a driver on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset at 10:23 p.m. on Dec. 11.
