The Tampa Bay Rays organization recently announced Jesse Darcy the 2008 Pitcher of the Year for their Class A Affiliate Columbus Catfish. Darcy, 23, a Division Avenue H.S. graduate recorded a 3.05 ERA, which led Columbus and was sixth in the South Atlantic League while his 98 strikeouts were a team best. FULL STORY
