Vincent D'Accordo and the LSWAA are once again hosting a series of annual basketball and volleyball clinics designed to increase your fitness, knowledge of the game and skills. The first two seasons were a great success and Vin is encouraging all interested people to attend one or more of these sessions. (You do not have to attend all sessions to benefit.) His coaching experience at Herricks and in Levittown, combined with guest instructors, will ensure a great learning experience.

The sessions are being held at Levittown Memorial on Friday nights July 11, 18, 25 and August 1 at 5 - 7 p.m., and 7 - 9 p.m.

The $40 registration fee includes: stretching, warm-up and cool down techniques, personal coaching in the specific sport including practice techniques, practice time and instruction. (Basketball at 5 p.m. and Volleyball at 7 p.m.)

Attendance at both sessions for the same price. There will be prizes, competitions, raffles and camp T-shirts for each athlete.

Instruction and appearances by athletes and coaches from Hofstra Ladies Varsity Basketball and various college and high school volleyball programs.
