The 8th Squad of the Nassau County Police Department recently reported the arrest of a Levittown man for Burglary in connection with an unusual incident that occurred on June 9 at 6:25 p.m., in Hicksville.

According to police, it is alleged that defendant Sean M. Satewicz, 19, of Levittown, followed a 9-year-old female victim into the bathroom at Red Devils ball field, located at 300 Jerusalem Ave. Satewicz reportedly directed the child to use the toilet while stretching his arms across the doorway in an apparent attempt to block her exit. The fearful victim fled past the subject and ran to her father, who notified police.

The subject fled the park prior to police arrival, detectives reported. Subsequent to investigation, Satewicz was arrested at his home at 8:25 p.m., on June 10. Satewicz is currently charged with Burglary 3rd Degree and was arraigned on June 11 in First District Court, Hempstead.
