Levittown West Little League is holding registration for boys and girls. Levittown West is the official Williamsport Little League. In-person registrations will be held at Redwing Park Saturday, Nov. 3 from 1 to 3 p.m. and Nov. 14 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Levittown Public Library. Fees: Tee-ball (ages 4-6) $75 per child, baseball (ages 7-12) $100 per child, family discount (three children) only $200, girls softball (ages 6-16) $85 per child, family discount (three children) only $200. Levittown Little League offers a registration refund of $50 for any new sponsors brought to the league. They do not have mandatory fundraising. All home games are played at Redwing Park. The LAC Girls' Fastpitch Softball League will hold registration for the 2008 spring season at Sparke School on Wednesday, Nov. 21 from 7 to 9 p.m. Registration is open to girls in grades 2-12.

Lacrosse Clinics - Girls: second graders - basic lacrosse fundamentals. The program starts in April and ends in June. Clinic will coincide with Lady Tomahawks practice schedule (see above). Girls must provide their own stick. T-shirt included. Fee $55. Boys: first- and second-graders. Starting in April and ending in June to teach basic lacrosse fundamentals. Practice will be held one or two evenings per week and loaner equipment will be available. Deposit required. Participants must provide their own stick and protective cup. T-Shirt included. Fee: $55.
Tennis - Ages 7 to 15 years - COED. Lessons on modern indoor tennis courts with professional tennis instruction. Bring racquet and sneakers (balls will be provided). Classes at Sportime, 101 Norcross Ave., Bethpage (933-8500). 10 registrants to one instructor per class. These are considered beginner classes although everyone is welcome to join. Classes on Sunday evenings starting in January and ending in March. Program runs for eight weekly one-hour sessions. Age groups 7,8 and 9 and the other 10 and older. There are no make-ups unless we cancel a class. Fee $90.
Wrestling - grades 1 -6. If you want to participate in a program which focuses on the individual and develops a unique sense of self-fulfillment through personal achievement, then join McArthur/Division wrestling program. Wrestling is an analytical sport that brings together the mind and the body's speed, agility and strength. Programs run December through March. Optional tournaments held outside of our locations will require wrestling shoes and additional fees (typically $10 to $15). The Levittown School District Program will be held at Salk Middle School. Fee: grades 1-3 - $60, grades 4-6 - $80.
