Opinion

Our recent tax structure has been based on fair market value of our homes and as everyone is aware they have gone up every year. The housing market was great, prices of homes have soared and so did your taxes. The question now is will our taxes go down with the falling housing market? I am waiting to see how our town officials address this with another "plan" to keep our taxes high.
