It's not too late to sign up for the vertical jump, agility and sports skills clinics Vincent D'Accordo is hosting on Fridays, July 6, 13, 20 and 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. or 7 to 9 p.m. at Levittown Memorial Education Center. Participants can sign up at the door. Boys and girls ages 11 and up and in all sports are welcome to attend. At each two-hour session participants will receive instructions designed to increase their vertical jump, agility, quickness, endurance and skills. Proper warm up and stretching techniques and sport specific skills and practice techniques will also be included each week. All attendees will receive Air Alert: The Complete Vertical Jump Program, which includes a training DVD, 43-page training manual, workout chart, advanced workout chart, measurement and progress charts - a $25 value. The sessions are designed and delivered by professional coaches and a certified personal trainer. These clinics will help prepare athletes for upcoming sports seasons.
