Wantagh-Seaford PAL is holding registration for the Girls Summer Fast Pitch Softball program. Eligible players for senior division are those students entering ninth through 12th grade in September 2007 and Graduating Seniors (exceptions apply). The Junior Division includes students entering 7th and 8th grades in the fall. Teams will play in July and August, mostly three times a week, during the week. There's a possibility for one double header on Sunday evening under the lights during the season.

The fee is $110, which will include full uniforms with last names on uniforms, a 14-game schedule and play-off week, trophies and weekly standings.

Island Trees Soccer Club is holding registration at Island Trees Memorial Middle School from 7 to 9 p.m. on May 15, 16, 22 and 23. Registration will also be held at the Island Trees Memorial Day Festival. Children ages 4 though 12 years old are eligible to play. New registrants need to bring their birth certificate.
