Phantoms versus Strykers, 5-0. Excellent goalkeeping by the Verdi brothers John and Michael. First-half goals scored by Rich Rogers and Jonathan Martinez. Second-half goals scored by Christopher McPherson and two goals by Joseph Sarchie.

Eagles versus Lighting, 5-2. Ryan Kelly scored four goals and Sean Baudo scored one. Ryan Kelly was the Island Trees Eagles MVP.

U9/10 girls: Dynomites versus Levittown, 6-1. Dynomites played an aggressive game. Alexis Dolgos scored her first goal and the only goal of the game.

Great team effort by the entire Thunder Cats team. They won 6-3. As both teams played extremely hard and a great game was played. The Thunder Cats goalies Alyssa Ramirez and Selinay Ozdemil were outstanding. Great effort by Kellyann Jorgenson as a she dominated the field of play. The great defense was support by Arlyn Pineda, Selinay Ozdemir and Kathleen Avery. They also had a very strong effort by our mid-fielder Samantha Manfra, Domenique Masi, Alyssa Ramirez and Amanda Ramirez. Kellyann Jorgensen, Alyssa Ramirez and Samantha Manfra scored two goals each.
