I am embarrassed to say that I am a Levittown community member. It was appalling to see the Levittown community boo their own children when the children voiced their opinions at the last board of education meeting. The children signed up to speak in favor of the proposed pool project. They raised enough courage to speak in front of over 200 people and were booed for their comments. The elderly want children to respect them but they are teaching them to be disrespectful. Is this the example that we want to set for our children?
