Robert D. Cummo, of Wantagh, formerly of East Meadow, died July 5, 2006. Son of Anne Cummo. Father of Dianne Longofono (Michael), David (Gail) and Daniel. Brother of Stephen. Grandfather of Christina and Joseph Jr. Friend and ex-husband of Rosemary Truelove and Suellen Witte. Bob was a former president of the East Meadow School Board and the East Meadow Little League. DPP of East Meadow Kiwanis Club and DPLG of LISCD. He was a board member and fellow of KPTC, assistant Key Club administrator - NY District of Kiwanis International, board member of the Wantagh Senior Center and president of the Men's Club. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Levittown Chapel. Mass at St. Francis de Chantal RC Church. Interment Pinelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kamp Kiwanis at KPTC in his memory.
