The Levittown Soccer Club will be hosting two in-person registrations on Wednesday, May 3 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, May 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hunt Road Fieldhouse. Directions and online registration are available at www.levittownsoccerclub.org.
The Mid-Island Y Jewish Community Center is forming a girls soccer team for ages 8-15 that will compete in a spring/summer, indoor/outdoor league. Led by experienced coaches, the girls will participate in local competitions. Practices will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 to 6 p.m.; the first practice is scheduled for Monday, May 8. The JCC is located at 45 Manetto Hill Road in Plainview. The fee, which includes a uniform, is $225 for JCC members and $325 for non-members. Pre-registration is required by Sunday, May 7. * Baseball - Ages 6-12 - CO-ED - Games will be played in the Levittown area during weekday evening hours. Children will be placed in divisions by age. Season runs July and August. Program includes full uniform and medals. Fee $70.
* Girls Softball - Ages 8-14 - Games will be played in the Levittown area during weekday evening hours. Children will be placed in divisions by age. Season runs July and August. Program includes full uniform and medals. Fee $70.
* Tennis - Ages 7-15 - CO-ED, Lessons on modern indoor tennis courts, professional tennis instruction. Bring racquet and sneakers (balls will be provided). Classes at Sportime, 101 Norcross Ave., Bethpage (933-8500). 10 registrants to one instructor per class. These are considered beginner classes, although everyone is welcome to join. Classes on Tuesday evenings start in early July and end the last week in August. Program runs for eight weekly one-hour sessions. Age groups 7, 8 and 9 and the other 10 and older. Classes will be held from 6-7 p.m. There are no make-ups unless class is canceled. Fee $90.
* Fall Bowling - Ages 4 and up - CO-ED - Regular bowling program includes seniors (three games a week) and bantams and bumpers (two games a week). Program starts on Fridays (Sept. 22) at 4 p.m. or Saturdays (Sept. 23) at 10 a.m. In addition, there is a Teen Scholarship League on Friday evenings at 5:45 p.m. (three games), which runs from Late September until the end of April.
All programs include free shirt, shoe rental, seasonal/event parties and trophies.

Registration Dates: Saturday, April 29 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 2 and Thursday, May 4 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
The Wantagh-Seaford PAL Unit is holding registration for the Girls Summer Fastpitch Softball program. Eligible players for the senior division are those entering grades 9-12 in September 2006 and graduating seniors (exceptions apply.) A new junior division is being formed to include students entering grades 7-8 in the fall. Teams will usually play three times a week in July and August. There's a possibility for one double-header on Sunday evening under the lights during the season.
The fee is $100, which includes a full uniform, 14-game schedule and playoff week, trophies and weekly standings. An additional $3 may be assessed for names on uniforms.
Registration is at the Wantagh-Seaford PAL Office, Cedar Creek Park, Merrick Road, Wantagh - Field #5 in the brick building, on Wednesday, May 3 from 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday, May 13 from 2 to 6 p.m. and Sunday, May 21 from noon to 4 p.m.
