Levittown Central Baseball will be hosting its final 2006 spring registration on Saturday, Feb. 4 at the Levittown Library in Room A. There will be no late fees. Due to the Babe Ruth division adjusting the age cutoff from July 31 to April 30, all new and returning players must submit a copy of their birth certificate with the registration form.

Levittown Little League (formerly Levittown West) will be holding additional registrations for the 2006 season. Registrations will be held on Saturdays, Feb. 11 and March 11 from 10 a.m. to noon in the Levittown Library Room A. For further information, contact the Levittown Little League hotline at 579-2532.

In-person registration for Levittown North Baseball will be held on Friday, Feb. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 4 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Both registrations will be held at the Hunt Road School bus facility, located on Hunt Rd., one block west of the East Broadway School. Bring check, cash or money order. Space may not be available in all divisions due to a large increase in members this season.

Registration is available online by visiting www.lnbb.org. Click on the registration tab on the left to register online. However, once space is not available in a particular division, it will not be available online. New registrants to Levittown North Baseball need to either mail or fax a copy of their birth certificate to P.O. Box 593, Levittown, NY 11756-0593 or fax it to 731-0110. Levittown North Baseball is open to all boys and girls from ages 4 to 17. A child's date of birth determines his or her age on April 30, 2006. If your child or any other child you know of wishes to play baseball but is unable due to financial hardship, please call 731-0110 or e-mail: registration@levittownnorthbaseball.com and they will make accommodations.

The Levittown Athletic Club will be holding registration for the 2006 season on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. at the J. Fred Sparke Elementary School located behind Kohl's department store. All girls in grades 2 through 12 are eligible to play. All new applicants will need a copy of their birth certificate, which will be kept on file for the future. LAC has also started travel teams, but girls must also play on teams during the regular spring season to be eligible.
