The seventh grade boys basketball team lost another close one 48-45 to Hicksville. The team was led by Mike Witteck who had 12 points, Matt Handel with 6 points and Ryan Macdonald with 5 points. Other key baskets came from Casey Hastings and Erick Flores.

The eighth grade volleyball team lost to a tough Grand Avenue team. The girls kept it close with dominating serves by Jackie Kupfer, Jessica Pierre-Tijero, Anne Badolato and Elyssa Gullo. Dana Colleluori, Syl Rivera and Allison Leonick had kills in the games as well.
