The Levittown Chamber of Commerce held its general meeting on Dec. 14 at Domenico's Restaurant and welcomed the holiday season. The meeting was well attended and those who attended were asked to come with suggestions on how the Chamber could better serve the Levittown community. A discussion on those ideas took place following the networking, dinner and business portion of the meeting.
The Chamber meets every third Wednesday of the month and meetings are open to the public. Meetings rotate month to month from a breakfast, to a lunch, to a dinner and then back to a breakfast. Location of the meetings moves, to give different Chamber member eateries an opportunity to host the gathering. About 30 to 40 people attend. More information on meeting times and locations can be found at the Chamber's website at www.levittownchamber.com
The next general meeting will be on Jan. 18, 2006 time and place to be announced. For more information please contact Eileen O'Rourke at the Chamber office 520-8000.
