Elizabeth L. Boecke (nee Morrisey), of Northport, formerly a longtime resident of East Meadow, died on Sept. 22, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Charles H. for 54 years. Loving mother of Barbara Ellen (Robert) Griffin. Devoted sister of Barbara Lakatos and the late Frank, Christina and John McCulloch, Lawrence and Karen Morrisey, Madeline and the late Geoffrey Morrisey and Mary and the late William Morrisey. Aunt of 22 nieces and nephews.

Arrangements were made by the Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, Northport. Funeral Mass was held at St. Paul the Apostle RC Church. Interment St. Charles Cemetery.

Elizabeth L. Boecke was a valued employee of Anton Community Newspapers, having worked in the Legal Department for many years. She will be greatly missed by everyone in the company.
