The Levittown Chamber of Commerce held its general meeting on Aug. 17 at LaFocaccia Restaurant. The guest speaker at this meeting was Lisa Renee Pomerantz, an attorney in private practice in Sayville, who spoke on Everyday Ethics.
The Chamber meets every third Wednesday of the month and meetings are open to the public. Meetings rotate month to month from a breakfast, to a lunch, to a dinner and then back to a breakfast. Location of the meetings moves, to give different Chamber member eateries an opportunity to host the gathering. About 30 to 40 people attend. More information on meeting times and locations can be found at the Chamber's website at www.levittownchamber.com. For more information please contact Eileen O'Rourke at the Chamber office 520-8000.
