DAHS Teacher Arrested, Charged With Rape
Levittown resident Kyle Sabo, 25, a history teacher at a Division Avenue High School was arrested on Wednesday, June 22 and was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sexual acts and third-degree rape.

IT Soccer Club's Goldberg Honored by Town
Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray presents an official town of Hempstead Citation to Phil Goldberg, president of the Island Trees Soccer Club, on the occasion of Island Trees Soccer Club Annual Coaches Dinner, which was held at Dominico's Restaurant in Levittown. LAC Continues With Playoffs
The major division of the Levittown Athletic Club, grades 8-12 completed their best out of three playoffs series. The Red Team #34, managed by Jon Ronzo, defeated the Blue Team #32 in the first game 1-0. The Blue Team, managed by Bill Theissen, came back to tie the series on Saturday with a 7-3 win. The final game was played with the Blue Team winning 12-8. The Red Team did come in first place for season, while the Blue Team came in second, reversing the order in the play-offs. Congratulations to all of the girls. In the Farm Division the Purple Power Team #3, managed by Liz Rosenthal, won their first game against the Navy Seals, Team #9, managed by Anthony Marino, taking a 1-0 series lead. The minors play-offs begin this week with Tony Saracino's Team #24 facing the first place season winners Maroon Magic, Team #28, managed by Bobby Tedeschi.
