The Levittown Kiwanis Club hosted its annual Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, April 3. Members of the club were on hand to set tables, flip pancakes, take orders and socialize with those in attendance. This is one of the club's largest fund-raisers of the year and was a tremendous success due to the work of event chairs Fred Interdonato and Glen Lachow and President Gary Crozier.

Longtime and dedicated members of the Levittown Kiwanis Club, George and Mary Orth were selected to serve as the Grand Marshals of the Levittown School District's LEADD Walk. Mary Orth, a former Levittown School Board member and George are known by most students in the Levittown School District as "Mr. And Mrs. Terrific Kids." George and Mary faithfully coordinate and attend the Levittown Kiwanis Cub's Terrific Kids Program in each of the schools in the Levittown and Island Trees School Districts. They make sure that each student knows what a special honor it is to be selected as a Terrific Kid. It was only appropriate that this incredible was reminded how special they are to the Levittown School District. They are also appreciated by the Levittown Kiwanis Club which was on hand to honor these Terrific Members.

Levittown Kiwanis President Gary Crozier recognized several members of the club for their dedicated service. Distinguished Club Secretary Roe Truelove was honored for 10 years of perfect attendance. Members Ed Szala, Dr. Herman Sirois, Mickie Leamey, Jack Hickey and Peter Ryan were recognized for 15 years of service to the club. Tom Mawn, Steve Ellis, Glen Lachow, John Levy and Fred Form were recognized as 20-year Kiwanis members. In addition, Fred and Jo Ann Form, Kevin and Joann Regan, Peter and Donna Ryan, Jackie Nogan, Jerry O'Gara and Gary Crozier were thanked for sponsoring the club's eight new members who were inducted last year.
