After nearly two weeks at sea aboard the MV Explorer for a Semester at Sea, Levittown resident Korey Kleovoulou gained much more than knowledge normally aquired at college. He gained a newfound respect for life.

The Island Trees Varsity Wrestling team finished second in the Nassau County Dual Meet Tournament at Clarke High School. The Bulldogs lost a close 24-23 decision to Wantagh in the finals. The team finished the season as League Champions and County Finalists. The team now turns its goals to the Qualifying Tournament at Syosset High School.

Registration Information
The Levittown Athletic Club (LAC) will be holding a Hitting clinic on Friday, Feb. 18 at the Island Trees Middle School. This clinic is for all registered players. Second, third and fourth-grade girls will start at 6 p.m. Fifth, sixth and seventh-grade will begin at 7:15 p.m. and eighth-twelfth-grade girls at 8:30 p.m. All girls must wear sneakers. There will be a registration table set up at the clinic. The final registration will be on March 1. Call Joel Bearman at 731-1454 for further information.
