The Levittown Kiwanis invited the Hon. Christopher Quinn of the Nassau District Court to speak at their recent meeting. Judge Quinn originally hails from Levittown and his parents are a part of the Levittown community and the Levittown Fire Department.

Judge Quinn gave an informative overall view of the Nassau District Court, which he described as "The People's Court." He emphasized the types of cases presented before him and answered questions posed to him from the Kiwanis membership.

Judge Quinn gives back to the community by being involved in the Speakers Bureau of the Nassau County Court System. The Speakers Bureau provides speakers to civic and religious organizations and is headed by Ruth Ann DiLena of Nassau County Supreme Court.
