The first registration for the 2005 Levittown Athletic Club Girls Softball season went well. The next registration will be held on Friday, Jan. 14 at the Levittown Public Library in Room A. The hours will be from 7-9 p.m. All new players must supply a copy of their birth certificate that will be kept on file for future years. LAC has three divisions for girls in grades two through 12. There will also be three free clinics in February for all registered players. Clinics on Jan. 5 and 12 will be held at Northside School and Friday, Jan. 18 at the Island Trees Middle School. Registration for the Island Trees Bulldog Kids Wrestling program will be on Jan. 11, 2005 from 6-8 p.m. in the Island Trees High School Wrestling Room. Children from grades one through six are invited to sign up. Contact Coach Tuorto for more information at 520-2126.

The final registrations for the 2005 Island Trees Baseball Season will be held on Saturday, Jan. 8 from 9 a.m.-noon, Wednesday, Jan. 12 from 5:30-8 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 15 from 9 a.m.- noon. This will be the final registration for 2005. The registrations will be held at the Island Trees Middle School, located on Wantagh Avenue, just south of Hempstead Turnpike. Boys and girls interested in playing must be between the ages of 5-12. A copy of the child's birth certificate is required if they are a new ball player to the league. Levittown North Baseball has set the following registration dates for the upcoming season: Friday, Jan. 14, 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 15, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Both registrations will be held at the Hunt Road School Bus Facility, which is located on Hunt Road, between Seaman's Neck Rod, and Wantagh Avenue. (1 block East of the East Broadway School). Boys and girls, ages are 4 through 17. Your child's date of birth is determined by their age on July 31, 2005.

Levittown Central Baseball will be holding registration on the following dates: Saturday, Jan. 8; 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 20; 7-9 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 12, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. All registrations will be at the Levittown Public Library, Room A.
