Levittown's Carlos Castro, Jr. Honored at Awards Night
The Dec. 21 meeting of the Greater Long Island Running Club served as the Club's annual Awards Night for 2004, highlighted by a bunch of very special people receiving awards in recognition of their athletic accomplishments in the year that is coming to a close.

Registration Information
The first registration for the 2005 Levittown Athletic Club Girls Softball season went well. The next registration will be held on Friday, Jan. 14 at the Levittown Public Library in Room A. The hours will be from 7-9 p.m. All new players must supply a copy of their birth certificate that will be kept on file for future years. LAC has three divisions for girls in grades two through 12. There will also be three free clinics in February for all registered players. Clinics on Jan. 5 and 12 will be held at Northside School and Friday, Jan. 18 at the Island Trees Middle School.
