The Board of Levittown Central Baseball (LCBB) has named Ken Moran to the new position of co-president.
According to LCBB President Bob Manning, "The tremendous growth of the league over the past several years has made this expansion a necessity and Ken Moran is the ideal candidate for the co-presidency."
LCBB serves the needs of the Levittown area through constantly expanding programs for the area's children, ages 4-18. A comprehensive baseball program ensures that Levittown's youth, of all levels of ability, are included and able to take advantage of the benefits of organized team sports.
Ken Moran has been active in LCBB activities for the past 10 years, serving as coach for two teams for entire 10 years, all-star coach and Cooperstown coach. Also a dedicated board of education member for seven years, as major league director for two years, secretary for three years, fund-raiser director for one year and sponsor director for one year.
LCBB's many achievements are directly related to the active support of the LCBB board members, parents and community sponsors, in particular, long-time sponsor Greg Koharek of Sierra Remodeling. With the creation of the new co-president position, LCBB will be able to offer ever-expanding opportunities for Levittown's children.
