Levittown Resident Honored at Intern Appreciation Ceremony
Nassau County Executive Tom Suozzi honored Nassau County intern, Catherine Zinnel of Levittown, at the Nassau County 2004 Intern Appreciation Ceremony held recently. Suozzi thanked Zinnel, as well as all the county interns, for her dedication and service to the county.

The boys eighth-grade soccer team played a great game yesterday but came up short, 1-0 to Seaford. Outstanding plays were made by Stephen Barea, Eric Fazio, Tom Hart, Mike Pellegrino, Jimmy Scofield and Sean Busch. Great job in goal by Chris Bourgade.

MacArthur's Football Team Falls to Hewlett
The MacArthur varsity football team dropped to 1-3 for the season as they were defeated by Hewlett on Saturday, Oct. 9. The final score was 38-0. Vin D'Accordo was six for nine, passing for 100 yards and Joe Cammarata had three catches for 56 yards. Ryan Small led all rushers with 27 yards on 10 carries.
