Once again members of the Levittown community have to return to the Town of Hempstead Board of Zoning Appeals to address the variance petitions from yet another developer, TCG Group, LLC of Greenvale, New York, developers who wish to build two 2,500 sq. ft. homes on 50 ft. wide parcels of land. The said property is located at 295 Seamans Neck Road, adjacent to East Broadway Elementary School in Seaford, in the Levittown School District.

This subdivision goes against Article 15 of the Town of Hempstead Building Zone Ordinance (Levittown Planned Residence District, LPRD).

To those who are interested in preserving our unique (LPRD) community, this matter will be subject of a public hearing to be held on September 1 at 11 a.m. in the Town Meeting Pavilion, Town Hall Plaza, 1 Washington Street in Hempstead.
