Congratulations to the coaches and members of the U16 Island Trees Tornadoes on winning their division title for the Spring 2004 season with only one loss. The players on this team worked hard all year and their dedication and teamwork came through. This season was a tremendous follow-up to their first-place finish in their undefeated fall 2003 season. The parents would like to congratulate coaches Mike O'Connor, Jerry Russo, and Bob Vilbig; co-captains Joe Paciullo and Adam Chase, and Brian Balvin, Chris Enders, Anthony Mazzeo, Mike O'Connor, Michael Oratelli, Sal Pesce, Dennis Rochon, Dmitri Rouskas, Tim Russo, Stephen Timko, Kevin Vilbig, Rob Vilbig, Matthew Wierzbicki, Lucas Zito, on their back-to-back stellar seasons.

The parents would also like to say a special thank you to Coach Mike O'Connor for all his time and effort at the helm of this team over the years. He has seen these players go from boys to young men and they sent him off a winner in his final season as their coach.
