Jack R. Francis, loving husband and father, and a long-time resident of Levittown, passed away on March 25, 2004. Jack was born on Aug. 3, 1918 in Millerton, NY, graduated from New Rochelle High School and attended Cornell University. He was a decorated US Army infantry officer during WWII and the Korean Conflict. As a talented chef, Jack made many life-long friends through his catering business. For over 20 years, he volunteered his time and talents at the Interfaith Nutritional Network. Jack is survived by his wife Patricia along with children Lynne and her husband Jim Cargile, Jim and wife Carole, Scott and wife Julie, David and wife Donna, and Rob and wife Teri. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Meghan, Ellen, Ben, Kiah, Skylar, Miller, Corbett, Quinlyn, and Dylan; by his sister and brother-in-law Reid and Al Morris, and by sister-in-law Virginia Mills.
A memorial service and celebration of his life was held for family and friends at First Presbyterian Church of Levittown on Monday, March 29.
Raymond L. Woll, of Levittown, died on April 8, 2004. Husband of Patricia. Father of Steven (Jacqueline), James (Lorraine) and Susan Thompson (Paul). Grandfather of Catherine, James, Samantha, Robert and Jessica. Son of Jean and the late Raymond F. Woll. Brother of Janice Woll-Jain (Pramod). The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Levittown Chapel.
Marilyn O'Rourke, of Levittown, died on April 12, 2004. Wife of John. Mother of Loraine Will, Lawrence, Kenneth and Daniel. Sister of Freida and Gertie. Grandmother of Jennifer, Christine, John, Samantha, Jake, Dylan and Shane. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Levittown Chapel. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery.
