The following are the registration dates for Levittown Police Athletic League lacrosse and tennis. Registration will be held at the Levittown PAL Office located at 64 Division Avenue, Levittown.

Thursday, Nov. 6 - 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 8 - 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 11 - 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Lacrosse Boy Tomahawks - Register for our exciting boys Lacrosse Program. (First Come Basis). Loaner equipment is available to all first time participants only, but they must have their own lacrosse stick, shoulder pads and protective cup. All returning players must supply their own equipment. A full game uniform (Shorts & Jersey) is provided to each participant. Parents are encouraged to act as assistant coaches or team administrators.

Spring Travel League; 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders. Practice will begin March 1st. Starting in April games will be played on Sundays and end in June. This is a travel league, although travel is limited to Long Island and rarely takes more than 30 minutes to reach a location. Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate for us to keep on file. Boys fee $85.

Lacrosse Lady Tomahawks - Register for our unique Girls Lacrosse Program. (First Come Basis).

Spring Travel League; Junior Division - 3rd, 4th 5th, 6th graders and Senior Division, 7th and 8th graders. Practice will be held two evenings per week starting in March. Starting in April games will be played on Saturdays or Sundays. This is a travel league, although travel is limited to Long Island and rarely takes more than 30 minutes to reach a location. Players must supply their own stick. Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate for us to keep on file. Girls fee for juniors $85 and girls fee for seniors $100.

Lacrosse Clinics - Girls: 2nd graders. We are once again offering a girls clinic to teach basic lacrosse fundamentals. The program starts in April and ends in June. Clinic will coincide with lady Tomahawks practice schedule (see above) Girls must provide their own stick. T-Shirt included. Girls fee $45.

Boys: 1st and 2nd graders. We are offering a boys clinic starting in April and ending in June to teach basic lacrosse fundamentals. Practice will be held one or two evenings per week and loaner equipment will be available. Participants must provide their own stick and protective cup. T-shirt included. Boys fee $45.

Tennis - Ages 7 - 15 yrs. - COED, Lessons on Modern Indoor Tennis Courts, Professional Tennis Instruction. Bring Racquet and sneakers (balls will be provided). Classes at Sportime, 101 Norcross Ave., Bethpage (933-8500). Ten registrants to one instructor per class. These are considered beginner classes although everyone is welcome to join. Classes on Sunday evenings starting in January and ending in March. Program runs for eight weekly one-hour sessions. Age groups 7, 8 and 9 and the other 10 and older. There are no makeups unless we cancel a class. Fee $60.
