The Levittown Kiwanis Club recently held its seventh annual run through the streets of northern Levittown. Close to 200 runners participated in this fun event. With the assistance of the Massapequa Road Runners Club, race co-directors Kevin and Joann Regan against proclaimed the event an unqualified success.

All proceeds of the run will assist Mauro Cassano, Levittown Kiwanis Club president, and its members in their charitable endeavors in the Levittown community. Thanks from the Kiwanis Club to the Levittown-Island Trees Youth Council, Levittown Fire Department, 8th Precinct of the Nassau County Police Department, the Wantagh/Levittown Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Dr. Hemsey and the Chiropractic College and the Town of Hempstead Parks and Recreation Department for all their help.
