Residents are reminded that the district-wide school budget votes for both Levittown and Island Trees are this Tuesday, June 3.

Levittown School District residents may vote from noon to 9 p.m. at their regular polling locations. Two candidates, incumbents Michael Moriarity and James Moran, are running uncontested for their seats on the board of trustees. Following the voting tallies, the board of education will hold a special meeting at 9 p.m. to certify the vote.

Island Trees School District residents may vote from noon to 9 p.m. in the gymnasium at Michael F. Stokes School. Board of Education Incumbent Charles Bambino is running uncontested for his seat on the board in Island Trees. Trustee Jerome Donahue chose not to run for re-election this year and Kenneth Fazio is running for his seat. He too is not being challenged.
