Resident Shows True Colors With Patriotic Display
Local residents may have noticed an extraordinarily large sign of patriotism while traveling down Newbridge Road. Levittown resident Peter Dawson has been showing his patriotism by displaying a huge American flag, which takes up an entire side of his house. In addition to the enormous flag, Dawson also has flags of the United States Marine Corps, United States Army, United States Navy and the United States Air Force displayed in the front of the house, as well as a POW/MIA flag.

Students Bowl Free All Summer as Bowling Bonanza Begins on June 26
South Levittown Lanes and North Levittown Lanes and Westbury Bowl, in cooperation with the Levittown, Island Trees, Westbury and East Meadow School Districts, will be giving a free game of bowling, and a free shoe rental to students in these districts, beginning Thursday, June 26, and continuing every day of the summer vacation through Labor Day, Sept. 1.

Registration for the 2003 season of Red Devils Football is approaching and local players are invited to join in the football and cheerleading program.
