When it comes to contributing money to quietly change "the way things are done," most movers and shakers support local Kiwanis clubs. Known worldwide as community leaders, Kiwanians are the best people to influence. They help children, senior citizens, disabled persons, disadvantaged people, law enforcement, schools, hospitals, day-care centers, family shelters, and much more.

Please be a Kiwanian!

Would you like to help us help young children? Then join us.

Would you like to join an organization of community people who give back to their community? Are you interested in joining? Please come to one of our meetings for a "look see." I guarantee you'll be impressed.

Please save all your soda/drink flip top tabs and all your Campbell soup labels and General Mills box tops and turn them in to the Levittown Kiwanis Club at one of our meetings. You may ask: why labels and soda tabs? The labels and box tops go to St. Jude's Ranch for Children, which they redeem for a monetary amount. The soda tabs go to the Bellmore Fire Department and Fork Lane School in Hicksville. They are redeemed for monetary donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Terrific Kids Program

The schedule is now being formulated and it soon will be printed here for you to see. 1,000 students have received a certificate for last year. Please watch for our bumper stickers
