Division Ave. Varsity Volleyball team is off to its best start in over five years with an undefeated record of 4-0. One of the key reasons for the team's success is senior outside hitter Kristie Ryan. Kristie's leadership ability on the court has enabled the Blue Dragons to take sole possession of first place in Conference B-III. Kristie was named team captain and is currently the team leader in digs.

In addition to Kristie's outstanding athletic ability, she maintains a 96 average and has been on the High Honor roll all four years of her high school career. Her schedule includes three Advanced Placement courses in government, English and psychology. Recently Kristie was named president of the National Honor Society and in her spare time she sits on the student council. Kristie plans to major in marketing and is applying to Boston University, The University of Scranton and Penn State.
