Anna Mae (Babe) Tassone, formerly of Levittown, died on May 22, 2002. Mother of Anne Tassone, Patricia Ventrelli and Toni Tassone. Mother-in-law of Michael Ventrelli. Grandmother of Christopher, Michael, Angel, Crystal, Felicia and Michael Jr. Arrangements were made by the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Home, Hicksville. Interment Canarsie Cemetery. Graziella (Grace) Versosa, 90, of Levittown, died on May 24, 2002. Wife of the late Guillermo. Mother of Laura Henderson (the late John) and the late Nancy Nicolaysen. Grandmother of Laurence, Phoebe, Cynthia, Elizabeth, Donna and David. Great-grandmother of 10. Arrangements were made by the Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Home, Wantagh. Interment Calverton National Cemetery. Joseph W. Beattie, of Levittown, died on May 25, 2002. He was retired Chief of Headquarters with the NCPD. Husband of the late Jean. Father of Kevin, Joseph, Jeanie, Dennis and Annie. Father-in-law of Joann and Diana. Brother of Eugene. Brother-in-law of Margaret. Grandfather of Shawn, Jessica, Brian, Demetrious, Nicholas, Anthony, Anthony, Marc, Michael, Katie and Eileen. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Levittown Chapel. Funeral Mass at St. Bernard RC Church. Cremation private. Francis James Budd, 71, of Ona, WV, formerly of Levittown, died on May 25, 2002 in St. Mary's Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born on April 15, 1930, and was a retired supervisor for the telephone company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ruth Budd. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Francis J. "Frank" and Rebecca Budd of Hurricane, WV, and Kenneth William and Carol Budd of Levittown; one sister, Elsie Short of NY; two brothers, Arthur Budd and Charles Budd, both of NY; five grandchildren, Ashley Burris, Francis J. "Jamie" Budd, Joshua Budd, Keri Budd and Steven Budd. Arrangements were made by the Heck Funeral Home, Milton, WV. Funeral services on May 29. Burial will be at a later date.
