Barry Room, newly installed president of the Levittown Chamber of Commerce, begins his new tenure with fresh ideas and goals for the organization. Any fan who is familiar with the athletic program at MacArthur H.S. and has followed the football team and now the lacrosse, has to know the name Jason Cappadoro. During the football season, Cappadoro led the Generals to the playoffs at Hofstra for the first time in seven years. He was the quarterback of the team and in addition to leading the team to Hofstra for a first round game against South Side, he set a school record for the most touchdown passes in a single season by connecting 16 times for a touchdown, throwing four in one game against Calhoun.
