MacArthur wrestlers have begun their quest to repeat as Nassau County Champions. The Generals are currently ranked number one in Nassau County.
Though the Generals graduated 10 seniors, new seniors have much experience and are veterans to the sport. Senior James Strouse is All New York State. Seniors Paul Mazziotti and Rob Stubbs are All County. The other five seniors return with All League honors, Max Reitmayr, Joe Vasold, Adam Small, Greg Caputo and Mike Calandra. Coach Greenblatt feels that the seniors are very focused and are willing to work as hard as needed in order to repeat as Nassau County champions. Though Massapequa, Long Beach, East Meadow and Farmingdale look real tough, the Generals look to prevail.
