I have found out recently that Andrew Booth is running for Fire Commissioner in Levittown, and I wanted to show my support and share with the community what I know about Andy. He has many accomplishments under his belt both in the Fire Department and for the community. The one thing that he does for our community that sticks out in my mind is the Thanksgiving dinner for senior citizens that he started in 1984 and is still chairperson. This is an enormous task, but Andy gets help from the Fire Department, the Girl Scouts, and some other organizations in Levittown. Every year, the seniors who come for dinner leave with smiles and can't thank Andy and his volunteers enough.
This is just one of the many things that Andy does for the Levittown community, and I feel that he would be an excellent Commissioner for our Fire District, and is an important member of our community.
