The Levittown/Island Trees Emergency Relief Fund (LITE) is hosting a Bowl-A-Thon to help the residents of Levittown and Island Trees who were affected by the events of Sept. 11. The event will take place on Sunday, Nov. 11 at South Levittown Lanes. Festivities begin at 8 p.m., check in is at 7:30 p.m. South Levittown Lanes is located at Tanners Lane in Levittown. Registration for the Levittown North Baseball Association's 2002 season is underway at 3816 Hunt Road in Wantagh, 500 feet west of Seaman's Neck Rd. (pull into bus depot parking lot).
