Many thanks for including the recent article about the St. Frances de Chantal blood drive in a recent issue. I want you to know that 225 donors gave 194 units of badly needed blood that night. There were many people from Levittown at the drive and I am sure that the article helped raise awareness. Residents should remember that there is still a serious need for blood and should try to donate at a local drive or at the blood center. Editor's Note: I'm glad the article sparked attention and hopefully motivated more residents to attend the drive. However, it's thanks to you, who sent the release to the paper, that the word of the need for donors spread. Congratulations on a successful drive.
