The Levittown PAL Girls Lacrosse season came to its conclusion with the LIMLF Lacrosse Festival at SUNY Farmingdale on June 15. All Stars representing the undefeated Levittown PAL Girls Rookie team (third and fourth grade) included Danielle Clesi, Caitlyn Costello, Jenna Davis, Colleen Patton and Christina Page. In the Junior Division, Heather Anderson, Kathleen Davis, Meaghan Davis, Kelly Ryan and Kelly Smith represented the program. Senior players Samantha Accursa and Michelle DeBellis played on the U-13 and U-15 all star teams respectively. Each of these girls played in an all stars game which allowed them to place an exclamation point on the quality lacrosse skills they have shown all season. In addition, three other Levittown girls played in a friendly game between the U-13 festival team and the Long Island U-13 team at the festival. Stephanie Kempf and Hailey Lacey (both members of the junior team) played on the U-13 festival team where they faced Lauren Costello (senior), a member of the Long Island U-13 team.

On June 17, the girls held their end of the season brunch and dined on a menu of eggs, french toast, fruit and bakery goods. Indicative of a program that is continuing to grow, the brunch was attended by over 100 people - more than doubling last year's attendance. Assemblywoman Kathleen Murray addressed the gathering and presented the Levittown PAL Girls Lacrosse program with a proclamation from the NYS Assembly. In her statement, Murray cited her long association with lacrosse and lauded the opportunities for young women today. In addition, Carie Bodo, former Hofstra Women's Lacrosse coach, also addressed the gathering and spoke about her relationship with women's lacrosse. Participation trophies and certificates were presented to those in attendance. In addition, trophies for sportsmanship and unsung hero were presented for each level for the rookies. The Sportsmanship Award was presented to Kaitlyn Sopp and the Unsung Hero was awarded to Leigh Ann Cummings. Presentations were also made to Amy Olsen, the undefeated rookies coach, Chrissy Drennan, the juniors coach, as well as John Garvey and his family for their involvement with the program.
