Birth or baptismal certificate: All first time registrants and clinic players moving up, kindly bring a copy the program can keep.
Overage player - not more than one year - in any grade: must bring written verification on school letterhead, signed by the principal or teacher attesting to what grade they are in.
Players eight years of age in 2nd grade cannot play on the 3rd grade team.
Boys cannot play PAL and school ball; they must choose one or the other.
When registration is adequate, teams will be fielded in each grade.
Equipment: Boys must provide shoulder pads, stick, personal protective gear. Girls must provide stick and gloves. Both must provide proper footwear and practice clothes. PAL provides "on loan" - helmet, arm pads, gloves and game uniform. All must be returned at the conclusion of the season.
The season runs from March 1 to June 11. Games are on Sundays, starting April 2. Practice information will be given by each head coach.

The clinic will be held on Fridays - April 7, 14 and 28; May 5, 12, 19 and 26; June 2 - 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Location to be determined at a later date.
The purpose of the program is to provide an introduction to lacrosse to the area children. The program emphasizes the importance of having fun at the same time learning proper techniques and individual skills. PAL lacrosse is a travel program for grades 3 through 8. Travel required.
