Levittown PAL held its annual Baton Twirling Holiday Show Friday night, Dec. 17 at Salk Middle School. This year the PAL "Cool Twirlers" were joined by Saint Martha's Twirling Saints of Uniondale.

Exhibitions ranged from flag twirling, ribbon, and hoop batons, to two and three baton juggling. A highlight of the evening was when the new students dressed as holiday presents and marched around the gym, along with Ryan Simpson and Josh Vital who, dressed as Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, made a big hit.

To the delight of all the children, Officer John Hofman of the Levittown PAL had some great connections and was able to bring Santa to the show.

For any information on this program, please call 579-7999, Levittown PAL.
