Thank you for the LPOA (and from our family personally) for the Nov. 19 editorial on Levittown's "Losses" in the past election.

We have never been so totally and superbly represented by any one Town of Hempstead council member as Linda Reed. She was always there on the job for us. We knew without a doubt we could count on her for assistance or advice. She was always available, cooperative, helpful and responsive, and besides, seemed to enjoy working for her fellow Levittowners. We think she is irreplaceable and will be sorely missed.

Thanks again for reminding us how hard Linda Reed (also Gary Hudes) worked for the community of Levittown.
